Youtube is legit getting their asses handed to them right now. They've been battling for the last hour, I know this because I've been trying to watch youtube videos and they have been fucked for the past hour. They are trying, but it's not working. (media.greatawakening.win)

Down detector (FWIW) is showing YT, YT TV, Google, AT&T, Google Play, Netflix, Reddit, TikTock, and more all down. A great many more are in yellow signifying problems.

I haven't looked to see how wide they are affected.

I can get onto and play YouTube no problem. Is it really experiencing issues?

It's real spotty, if you have fast internet it will still buffer but will pause to re-buffer
