If you don't mind me asking, what kind of $$ are they offering? From what I have been reading, you have to be careful with the size of the financial incentives because it can be construed as coercive.
If you are permanent, part time employee and have been there at least, I think 2 years, might be 3, you get a $3.65 hour raise. Granted we haven't had a raise since 2018, when we went from $12.75 to $15 an hour. I like it, just curious timing to me.
Well we got a bonus during covid. I think we get another one in July but as far as I know the vaccine is not a requirement for that. We used to get lunches once in a while and that was really nice. None since covid. We get snacks, shirts and other stuff tho.
In my experience, as far as companies go, it's not a bad place to work at all. Time off when you want it. Overtime when you want it. They are pretty flexible with your schedule and that's important to me.

About 20%. Pretty healthy - but then the stock price is up $1K over the last year - they can afford to spread a little of the wealth.
Are they offering any financial incentive to get the vaccine? $500 bonus, extra time off, ice cream, etc.?

Not really. I mean $40 bucks a dose. Not like a bribe or anything.
Got it. Thanks!
