Well, they are asking for it, so they can. The question is, would it hold up in court?
This also doesn't address the concern of offering maskless privileges' for people willing to voluntarily offer that information just to get their o2 levels up. Friend at amazon is struggling with this and I told him to just printout a fake vax card. Think he would have done it if he isn't expecting to get laid off soon due to his boss being a fucking diversity hire who can't do her job well. Homie has been there so long when he told them he wanted to quit they offered him a $5 raise to stay. They didn't get him a diff boss tho because ya'know racism.
Its completely illegal for a company to gather your medical history without your consent.
But its completely legal if you "volunteer" it. You know like you either show proof of vaccination or you are not permitted on the property. If you don't wish to share your vaccinated status, you are free to leave and not come back. This is legal.
Also given the dems control everything.... They will write a new law or pass an emergency whatever to make it "legal for covid" because emergency.
inb4 blacks suffer the worst from this disease and can't afford/get id/are unable to get vaccinated and these policies are prejudicial against them.
