I think he is trolling the west and central bank on the interest rates. Rubbing it in that their system is crashing and they are getting poor returns on their fiat currency.

Edit: Just read the link, thanks endgame-now and RageQuit. Sounds like Trump just made a cool $185 million on the refinance. Not a bad day at the office.
