Making sure everyone has this legal info to use with employers who are pushing for mandatory vax like my county govt is. I attached it to an email to a county commissioner, and the HR director called me and said they understand my concerns. Yep. She understood they could be sued.

Since you're not doing the pcr test anyway just disobey. Wear the diaper to walk to the room and hook you up. Once they leave rip that thing off. What are they going to do, wheel you out the front door in the middle of labor if you refuse? Strap you down and force you to wear a mask? The more belligerent you get with them the less they will want to deal with it and just give up.
That was my back up plan when I said one way or another. But I'd still like a legal way to shut them up so that I don't have a bunch of mean ass nurses not caring for me or the child properly. I don't want to be hounded when I'm in pain. I am already going to have to dight the hep b vaccine issue same day as well.
Record everything too with your phone. I know you might not bee able but whoever will be in the room with you can.
