Star Wars reference. Order 66 was when the Republic (the bad guys in that case) labeled all the Jedi as traitors and set out to execute them. Just in case you're unfamiliar. I'm sure there are still some people who never bothered with Star Wars.

Have you heard the theory that jar jar was supposed to be a sith lord? I guess George Lucas was criticized so heavily about jar jar that he had to abandon that story line and shoe horn count dookie in.
