One of the plans for ensuring global control is to return some freedom to the public after taking it away. After the public enjoys freedom for a while (where we are now), bad actors would take freedom away again, doubling down on fear-mongering and control. It may happen, which is why it is important that we fight against it. It's all bullshit.
