That poor trans-creature looks like she hasn't slept in weeks. She thinks her weird sarcastic delivery is somehow really powerful, but she can't make it work any more.

I think that's what happens to "Rhodes Scholars" when they quit reading books and start watching the "news" all day. Sad!
