God wins, but not on a timetable any of us will enjoy.
God is a being who believes so firmly in free will that even the angels are free to rebel against Him, and one did lead about a third of them in rebellion. God didn't crush this rebellion precisely because of how He values free will. Only when something becomes so abominable that no return to grace is possible does God pull the plug and Christ will only come back with Power and Glory when things have gone so wrong on earth that thr number of the saints is complete and all who can be saved have been saved.
Before Christ returns we will experience a hell on earth.
Satan is running wild but believers, with Christ as our guide and our strength, stand against him. Satan has run wild since that day in the Garden. The further humans stray from the truth and from God the more power over this world Satan has. Until he ruins it completely and Christ smacks him silly.
Whats wrong with people?
Satan is flexing.
