What are chem trails? Does Q have anything to say about them? Do they just cloak radar?

I cannot think about chemtrails without thinking about HAARP.

Personally, I see chemtrails often and I know they are different from regular jet trails. I do believe chemtrails are used to control weather events.

Whether Q has mentioned, I dunno. Not everything I observe has a related Q post.
