There is not a single politician in the country that would stand on a 'Moral' principle to keep weed outlawed. the numbers are simply too overwhelming. 75% of voters could not care less, and the tax revenue is impossible to ignore. The ones that want it illegal haven't made "deals" yet with the cannabis industry. Politicians where it IS legal have made deals.(Either personally, or for the benefit of the state). Ohio actually rejected legal weed not on moral or ethical principals, it rejected legalizing because it would have created a monopoly for a very few already rich people. And left no room at all for small business to compete. Yes, stupid people smoke weed. Also a lot of very intelligent people smoke weed.
And absolutely no one should be put in jail for it.

I take CBD for chronic back pain and it's beyond amazing. Ingesting CBD oil for the medicinal benefit of cannabinoid molecules is quite a bit different than marinating on a blunt of Cascadia Skunk and chilling to some Pink Floyd. Just sayin. :)

Most CBD oil is extracted from hemp and has no psychoactive substances in it such as the THC molecule in marijuana which is what gets you high. CBD can also be extracted from marijuana plants and often has trace amounts of THC although not usually enough to get you buzzed. The thing that trips up a lot of people is the term "Cannabinol" or "Cannabinoid" which covers a broad spectrum of molecules which have medicinal benefit. Many call weed/pot "cannabis", hence the confusion. Anyway.....cannabinoids are good shit for your body. :)

If you search CBD on PubMed, there's thousands of studies. My measure for a drug is if it has good long term effects, then it must be healthy.
I just tried a new focus herb called seboxy. Worked great did not get a high but an energetic focus.
