Good question. Millions of people would die from drowning if those were struck. Considering China is wired up to the internet now I think we'd know about it being hit by our valiant military. Might just be an earthquake this time. Or maybe a cabal tunnel collapsing as our 60,000 man strong secret army (of real men only) fights China underground. I don't know what's more likely.
