As LordKekingtonEsquire stated, I said that they can, but its an illegal action. I feel I was making an important statement. Think of all the illegal things that have happened around this whole covid thing, many of which are trivial to prove as illegal.

• Fraudulent tests for covid (known to produce massive false positives). This is completely illegal. Any court of law can prove this easily. Throw a stone in any bio lab on the planet and find an expert witness on PCR tests that would laugh at the protocol put out by the WHO/CDC for this test.
• Mask mandates. These will prove very illegal and will end up in many going to jail or even the death penalty once people have the stones to push lawsuits.
• Giving out the vaccines without informing people of the hundreds of thousands (maybe millions) of serious adverse reactions
• Not pursuing autopsies for those that die after the vaccines
• Not informing people of the lack of long term studies of the vaccines, notably the potential for pathogenic priming that all other coronavirus vaccines suffered from.
• Presenting SARS-CoV-2 death data fraudulently
• "Curing" the flu completely, all around the world (head will roll for this)
• Underreporting of VAERS (by as much as 100 times)
• They may be reporting vaccine deaths as covid deaths
• I have some evidence they may be putting in death data at times other than when the people died to push a narrative (I check every week. They are STILL putting thousands of deaths into 2020. Are they taking vaccine deaths from 2021 and putting them into 2020 as "covid" deaths? I can't prove it, but I think they are.)
• The CDC is not a government agency, but acts like it is (same with NIH and NIAID)
• The CDC, NIH et al takes billions of dollars from big Pharma
• The CDC, NIH et al invests tons of money into gain of function research, including investing in the exact type of GoF on the exact type of virus (SARS) from the exact lab it "didn't" come from (Wuhan) that we are currently experiencing as Covid-19

This is just stuff off the top of my head. If I really put effort into this list I can probably triple or quadruple the number of directly illegal activities that have happened, and so far they have gotten away with every single one.

Most of these crimes carry the death sentence for multiple people and jail for thousands.

So yes, they absolutely can commit further crimes against humanity. Will they if someone points it out to them? Maybe not. But they still could, there would just be grounds to bring them up on crimes against humanity. The fact that this would be trivially easy to prove may not deter them. The PCR test didn't. (As a biologist, I can't really express how unbelievably obviously fraudulent that test is. Its IMPOSSIBLE to not have known, its that bad.)
