They cannot require someone to take an experimental vaccine:

They're ignoring the legalities and rewriting their own laws.
This mandatory BS is going to flip all at once but it will take lawsuits to do it.
People need to start suing corporations, employers, and schools. Watch how the requirements go away overnight.
Amen
They absolutely can require their students, faculty and staff to get the vaccine. Just like a person can grab a gun and go out and shoot someone.
Both actions are illegal, that doesn't make them impossible. In the second case you'll probably just go to jail for a long time. In the first case you are more likely to get the death penalty.
No, they can't. The COVID-19 shots are considered experimental and do not have full FDA approval. No one can make you take it.
Slyver was actually implying that you can do these things but they're not legal and will land you in trouble. Or at least that's the theory behind the COVID jab. They can try to do this but will likely meet legal resistance via numerous lawsuits.
Oh, they can try, but from what I've been hearing, all you need to do is show them that it's illegal and most of them fold very quickly. No one wants a lawsuit, especially when they know they're in the wrong.
As LordKekingtonEsquire stated, I said that they can, but its an illegal action. I feel I was making an important statement. Think of all the illegal things that have happened around this whole covid thing, many of which are trivial to prove as illegal.
This is just stuff off the top of my head. If I really put effort into this list I can probably triple or quadruple the number of directly illegal activities that have happened, and so far they have gotten away with every single one.
Most of these crimes carry the death sentence for multiple people and jail for thousands.
So yes, they absolutely can commit further crimes against humanity. Will they if someone points it out to them? Maybe not. But they still could, there would just be grounds to bring them up on crimes against humanity. The fact that this would be trivially easy to prove may not deter them. The PCR test didn't. (As a biologist, I can't really express how unbelievably obviously fraudulent that test is. Its IMPOSSIBLE to not have known, its that bad.)
Thx fren. This list deserves its own post.
Also this is university is soo cucked. I would never pay them a cent. You know all the professors are gender studies fruit jobs.
