Remember when President Trump said he was a wartime President during one of the first Covid briefings? Remember how Biden tweeted about not being prepared for a pandemic in October 2019? Makes you wonder if there was a declaration of war buried in all those pages of Covid relief bills. Also makes you wonder if there is a long list of enemy combatants who are currently holding elected office.
