People REALLY take this idea too far. It just means that Q won't communicate directly from another source besides the chan board with their specific ID unless they establish themselves somewhere else first. It means that Q will always be verifiably Q.
That doesn't mean there will be no comms between anyone else and the public. Trump communicates all the fucking time. The armed forces, Scavino, and Flynn are likely "comms" all the time as well. They aren't pretending to be Q, but they are still comms between the PTB and We The People.
Having said that, I don't know what MJ12 is. I have looked into a little bit. Its pretty out there, but the world is not what I thought it was for my entire life, so everything is possible from my perspective, at least until I can prove it false. As for MJ12 I am undecided on them.
