Ever wonder why things that are easily achievable with technology that is public knowledge isn't done?
It is, on a large scale, it is just too useful to be made public or to have those potential utilization's of established tech ever be publicly explored or voiced...
Think about it, how easy is it to create a submerged building at a dept that is just below observable reach, what other things are technically easy with current public tech.....
Do you really think such opportunities are being missed...
If you speak with engineers and inventors in different industries many of them have stories about designs, ideas, and patents that were bought by large companies and then subsequently burried. Also, most other major countries have their companies and independent inventors apply for US patents on their inventions.
This keeps the normies away from technology they don't want us to have. The really good stuff is invented in secret and never gets patented, it just falls under the "talk about it and die" principle. Oh, and because they are only supposed to hang out around other people of their "kind" they have no one to tell about it that won't eat them out.
