Patients have a right to refuse Covid testing. My husband just won that battle after 2 days and was finally admitted. He is being treated as Covid positive and nurses/doctors are masking, gowning, gloving and wearing face shields. You should ask the doctor if he were + Covid would they refuse to do the surgery.
