Did this really come to pass? I question it because she had a book signing that day and a belated birthday party afterwards, and spoke at the Auditorium Theater that evening.:

It has been clarified many, many times on every Q forum/board I’ve ever seen, including this one.

The arrest post is not a post from Q. It is an anon. The Q post is the one replying to it.
