The responder thinks the CDC is a government agency, but it's privately held with significant ties to Big Pharma. I haven't been able to identify any valid reason for treating the CDC as a government agency, so I'm thinking the reasons have some nefarious attribute. Anyway, the responder's belief that the CDC is valid as a single-source reference is laughable.
