It is important to not allow vaccine preference to become a commonly advertised hiring metric.

Go on Craigslist jobs in your area and select “include nearby areas”.

Search for the following terms and FLAG all ads that come up:

• Vaccine
• Vaccination
• Vaccines
• Vaccinations
• Vaccinated
• Jab

We can work to prevent discriminatory hiring practices based on vaccination status in this manner.

Perhaps Craigslist won't care, if not, this strategy can be shifted towards other local job advertising organizations.
