I haven’t read that article yet. But I’m betting that the plan was to cause decertification if the machines. Then they can’t be used next year! White hats knew the laws. They (I believe) are pulling the strings and making the County Supervisors (which are Republicans, correct?) do their bidding in this movie. No machines next year? hand counts!
