Someone here posted a really good description of the personality type of anons here. I think it was an intuitive empath personality. Wanted to expand on that a little and ask people if they have traditionally been anti-lemming. For example, if everyone is wearing North Face or buying Hondas, I will refuse to wear or buy just because I have an aversion to group think and related behavior. I do this even sometimes if I think whatever the thing is, is a superior product. OTOH, if I see someone wearing a 2,000 Goose jacket or whatever that thing is, I feel like I already know that person and their politics. Does anyone else do this?

yes, I think autists/anons have a lot in common, I'm INFJ-P
and have ALWAYS questioned the narrative.
my first memory= sitting under the coffee table; watching Mr. Rogers, and I just knew something was strange in this world...
been a mind battle ever since; trying to figure out HOW and WHY we're in this situation.
also don't follow trends, and can't stand watching modern TV/movies.
Me, too.
And a woman, so that's weird.
But 16 Personalities said I was INFJ-A. And someone told me that INFJ-A was really INTJ high in agreeableness.
Still an introvert. And I seem more consistently aligned with INTJ.
I grew up poor and my parents didn't trust the government
Yes I can agree with that statement.
Maybe it's a Scorpio thang ? (jk jk me Scorpio too, 77).
I've wondered why people do what they do. The answer: they do it because everyone else does it. I love Hondas though, lol.
I get in trouble all the time by asking questions and going against the narrative!! Back in the day, when I was waitressing - the upper management would come in for dinner to check out how things were going. Everyone else would run and tell the kitchen immediately to make sure THEIR meal was PERFECT - well, not me. I reserved that for my PAYING customers - the ones actually PAYING my paycheck, or leaving my tip! So, I got into trouble when I did that! But I never wavered - so, they never sat the upper management in my section again! :)
I do that sometimes with people. “Oh you’ll love so and so. Everyone loves so and so.” I automatically hate them hahaha. Same thing when people tell me this is the greatest movie you just have to see it.
Like being the one person in the waiting room not glued to your cell phone.....
I like to leave my phone in the car when I go places so I don't look the way everyone else looks glued to theirs lol.
