All over my recommendations today -- MSM discussing heart problems in young adults after receiving the vaccine

I've now seen multiple MSM channels on YouTube reporting heart issues in young adults who have received the COVID vaccines. You just know that if the issues are being reported the number of occurrences are much higher than they're letting on.

This coming almost around the same time that MSM is bringing the COVID lab leak theory back into the spotlight. Fauci himself is now playing defense on this one.

Is there a change within the establishment?
