What the Hell is wrong with "her" stomach? What is that line going down the middle?
Looks like Linea Nigra or pregnancy line which is more visible on dark skinned women but usually fades after pregnancy. Obviously hormone related. Also, not seen as often so high on abdomen. Evidently some older men with prostate problems have been known to develop this hyperpigmentation as well.
Or a seam in a sheer body stocking?
