I am guessing. But if you decertify the results. You will need new elections? As In A whole new cycle of campaigning. Or will Joe just be uncertified and an illegal President?

I think it's akin to a basketball game where if one team is found cheating, they're disqualified and the opposing team automatically wins

Hopefully, that applies to EVERY race down ballot as well.
Democrat Party found cheating = every Democrat candidate disqualified from that election.
