I'd say nobody knows how it will work other than the top brass, that's why the people on Reddit saying that the only way to remove Biden after decertification is through impeachment don't know what they are talking about either.
It's a constitutional crisis because the constitution isn't entirely clear on how to handle a stolen presidency after the fraud took office.
It's not only not clear, it's absolutely silent. The redditors are right, in that no process exists in the constitution to correct this. That doesn't mean it can't be corrected, just that the fix is outside the constitution.
FWIW, there may be laws which, if already acted upon in advance, may already have disqualified all of congress and everything they're performing today. I subscribe to the "Bidet was never inaugurated anyway" theory, but that's a deduction. I don't have proof. But the constitution is easy to read and understand, so that part is easy to check.
The law of war is not a part of the constitution. It's a procedures manual, a set of dos and don'ts, based on recognized moral conduct even when normal laws don't apply, that has been developed over time. For anyone that wants to split hairs, it's clear that the constitution provides ways to make our government match our desires, but it does not have a "reverse the election" mechanism. The courts could make one up, but there isn't one that's already made.
I'm all for a resolution that brings us back to our constitutional republic, clawing us back to pre 1871 before the US Corporation, and before the fed began to cast and spread its tendrils of increasingly centralized power, and using the law of war to get us there. I'm convinced that's the plan, and I'm all for it. But I think we're in extra-constitutional territory when that happens. If it's within the constitution, I'd love to see the explanation.
There's literally no universe in which the highest office in US government is going to just flip to the other competitor like when someone is disqualified in basketball lol. This will have to go through courts all over again or they'd have to do a re-vote or some shit. Yall are high on hopium if you think they're just going to hand it over lol
The military can make arrests, and if the civilian courts are proven to be massively corrupt as we all know they are, then civilian trials can be carried out by military tribunals. Then the military can either seat the real winners of each race (unlikely but possible), or hold a new election (much more likely), hopefully with paper ballots and voter IDs.
We have everything, and the military is the only way.
This kind of fraud has never been proven before, so you have no idea how it works, do you?
Maybe that's when the military intervenes? IDK
Law of War is a process like a closed flood gate-open that floodgate and watch retired generals/admirals become governor pro tems...
Hopefully

Reddit is an echo chamber of ignorance and selfagrandizing

Law of War is the go to Constitutional way..

I agree 100%. That said, it doesn't seem to be detailed in the constitution. If it is, I'd like to see where.

They wont be in a position to do anything. They will be criminals in cuffs. Guaranteed real numbers were captured in real time.
Doesn’t the continuity of government plan take over?
It will, but only after all complicit and benefiting parties are removed.
Fraud viciates everything
