I disagree. I see it as more likely THEY are up to something....narrative change time will Try to make everyone believe the conservatives are at fault and holding back something they are entitled to receive. The puppet masters probably have planned a work around with an EO that completely removes that debt. Will it include payment for everyone else who paid off their debts or worked their way thru or parents who sacrificed to save and pay for their children. No way to make this idea equitable.
