I notified my employer of the possible federal law breaking mask mandate and then foumd out that I'm fired because I let other employees know about that possibility.

My state has a "no fault" type firing in the workplace. In other words they don't HAVE to give you a reason for firing you.
They do if you subpoena them, pursuant to a wrongful firing investigation.
Yes you can be fired for any reason, or no reason, but not an illegal one.

I'm not saying that's how it should be, that's how it is in "no fault" states.
The NLRA is at the federal level and applies to all employers.
