Fired due to mask mandate.

I notified my employer of the possible federal law breaking mask mandate and then foumd out that I'm fired because I let other employees know about that possibility.

I spoke with a lawyer after an employment issue. My only regret is that I didn't speak with him sooner. Speak with a lawyer immediately. It will be worth the consultation fee.
