Yes that is a head scratcher. How can they claim “safe and effective” if we are still studying it? Wouldn’t we need more studies to determine if it is fact safe and effective?

I work at a hospital here in Illinois and they are posting on their portal site that shots for pregnant women, or women thinking of getting pregnant, are completely safe!!! I want to know how they know that for a fact since it's still in the TESTING phase?????
