That's not what I meant. Obviously a court can recognize that fraud happened and must be fixed. But the courts have no precedent for how to fix presidential election fraud, nor have they ever mandated congress (or the electoral college) to take action. They have invalidated past actions, but they can't force congress to introduce a bill or to reconvene.

This is like a situation where a chauffeur takes a groom the wrong way, and he gets a flat tire in the desert instead of arriving at his wedding, and the girl marries someone else in the meantime. A court can rule anything they want to, but reversing time or forcing guests, the priest and the bride to reconvene is simply beyond their power. And some things cannot be undone. The courts have no existing remedy, no matter what they determine.

Just one more reason why the military is the only way to fix our national election hangover. (The Hangover is a really funny stupid movie, by the way, if you haven't seen it.) I'm sure we'll get there, but also pretty sure that it hasn't been done before.
