Wasn't there some indication that where the vote in a state is overturned, that that states electors can be decertified thereby removing them from the total electoral count that Biden received.

I know what you asking though. Even if the state elections are decertified, this still does not remove Biden. It's like when Al Frakin beat his Republican opponent and it was discovered later that he cheated, he did not get removed from office.
