This simulation was created in China. Causing a lot of concerns there. The person who made it is unknown. Very informative and short.

As I understand it the 3 Gorges Dam is constructed using huge concrete blocks kinda like Legos with no anchors to the bed rock-relying on the combined weight of the blocks to secure the dam. Sounds like a typical Peoples Congress 5 year plan with no regard for the future..
