This simulation was created in China. Causing a lot of concerns there. The person who made it is unknown. Very informative and short.

It might not be the rods of god doing anything. The dam has a giant turbine generator complex, embedded in it's base.

which is likely connected to the internet. It's control systems may be vulnerable to Stuxnet type of attacks.
