This simulation was created in China. Causing a lot of concerns there. The person who made it is unknown. Very informative and short.

The real problem is that the most likely time for it to burst will be the wet season so once everything is flooded it will stay that way for weeks. There won't be rescue operations etc. It will just be one big giant unstoppable mess.
