The great fire of London kinda ended the great plague of London. Maybe the three Gorges Dam collapse, whether from geological or ideological causes, will symbolically wipe Wuhan off the planet, along with rotten research archives and dark corners.
Nevertheless, the video looks like it was a simulation for emergency response alerts. There were those yellow flashing zones before the water hit them.
