That is consistent with the US government is a corporation. Federal employees are not subject to the constitution, only to the corporation's charter.
SCOTUS is in place to interpret laws based on the constitution. So if fed employees are not subject to constitution then they (justices) nullified their own jobs.
Yes. This is why. It is a function of which set of laws they are working under. From the article:
This was imo less a "draconian ruling" as an exposure of the fraud in the system. I suppose it can be both, but I think this is a move by the Patriots to expose a crime even greater than an election steal or the plandemic, without shedding any blood. I think this will expose the fact that we are no longer a Republic, but became crown property (slaves all) through subversions of the US Constitution via the D.C. Organic Act and various other acts between 1871 and 1913(ish).
There is somewhere in those Acts that will show that this ruling was lawful (within the scope of those Acts). Finding where this is lawful may expose the fraud that is our "Federal" government.
