Yes. This is why. It is a function of which set of laws they are working under. From the article:

the 5th Circuit declined to rule on qualified immunity. It explicitly stated that VA officers could not be sued because they were employed by the federal government rather than the state government.

This was imo less a "draconian ruling" as an exposure of the fraud in the system. I suppose it can be both, but I think this is a move by the Patriots to expose a crime even greater than an election steal or the plandemic, without shedding any blood. I think this will expose the fact that we are no longer a Republic, but became crown property (slaves all) through subversions of the US Constitution via the D.C. Organic Act and various other acts between 1871 and 1913(ish).

There is somewhere in those Acts that will show that this ruling was lawful (within the scope of those Acts). Finding where this is lawful may expose the fraud that is our "Federal" government.
