I live in a super liberal, high hysteria area...Admittedly, I wore a mask for a long while but as soon as the CDC changed their mask recommendations I haven't donned a mask. At least 50x since I shed the chin diaper I have been asked "Did you get your vaxx?" "are you vaxx'd"? "did you get your second shot?" etc.
Each time I answer the question truthfully (One person did ask me what type of vaxx I got to which I answered: "J&J I think"). Since I have been "fully vaccinated" since the 70's, and some of those tried and true vaccines were administered in a 2 shot series I am telling them the whole truth and nothing but.
Most people are dumb as rocks and don't ask questions that will return the answer they seek. Use their stupidity to your advantage.

Another tactic is to just act like you did not hear them or that they are talking to someone else, when possible. Some people will not pursue to follow up for various reasons they just stand still and ask.
A tactic I have read about, depending on one desire to be confrontational, is to ask the other person an equally personal and ideally embarrassing question that is medically related.
Last suggestion is to respond that you have developed anti-bodies from repeated exposure to the viral agent and they are the equivalent or superior to those developed from a vaccine.
Said as loud as possible: "So what treatment did you end up getting for those genital warts...?"
KEK!!! I was thinking of asking when they got their last measles vaccine since it's making a come back. If they can't answer, I won't answer. :)
To that end, ask the women how many abortions they have had, or what kind of contraception they use. For men: Have you been snipped?
