Didn't watch the video but read the article. States that the girl was a police academy student, and was very drunk. Her boyfriend apparently refused to give his information to the police when asked and resisted arrested with violence. All of this started at a water park over someone cutting in line. Doesn't say who, but it seems our victim wasn't exactly miss innocent.
