I have a 2015 Silverado that knows where I am at too, I can unlock it with my phone - I can see exactly where it's at when someone else is driving it. I don't think I can turn that off either.

?that an easy one. The microchips in the vial don't create their unique identifier numbers until they have read and begun to resequence your DNA. Once that happens they can track you. duh??
Yeah, you did, lol. If they create the unique identifier later, then how is anybody going to be able to make the connection between this unique number and precisely who you are? The chip isn't going to know your name, address, etc.
If you are carrying a cell phone or fitness tracker or smart watch... you are being tracked constantly.
If you have debit or credit cards in your wallet, you are being tracked.
If you drive on most freeways or major roads, your movements are being tracked. If you drive a car made after 2004, your car is being tracked.
They really don't need many more new ways of tracking people.
