Ha! Thought of this yesterday when I read Fauci's latest flip on "gain of function".

"There was no gain of function research. Okay, there was but we had nothing to do with it. Oh, my name is on all that stuff? Well, we did fund the research in China but they definitely were following the rules! (<---we are here) They weren't following the rules?? Not my fault!"
