In the end though. It’s still their choice to get one and or not get one. Regardless of what you say or don’t say.

Though if your feeling conflicted. It’s likely a sign something or someone is telling you that the your actions are causing some measure of guilt in you. Whether that be God, a Higher Self, or even simply a conscious I can’t say.
