https://covidverified.org/ is the website. 'The COVID Verified program is based on the honor system. People who get their vaccine and want to display their vaccination status with COVID Verified are asked to sign a pledge indicating they have received a vaccine. Then, we send them a COVID Verified bracelet that they can wear to display their vaccine status 24/7.'
