I.e. Declas.

Given that this is the man who deliberately pinned the Jan 29 memo, which preemptively absolved the administration of “didn’t take Covid seriously” allegations before anyone even gave a shit about Coronavirus (public awareness), I’d suggest watching the waterfall.
