I'm going to try to buy it from his Childrens Health Defense website, give them the sale rather than Bezos.

Unfortunately, my mental limit for Kindle books is $8. I know how much work goes into publishing a book (I've done it several times) and I'm not spending more on a computer file that I'll read once then delete.

It's not there yet...I sent them a message on their website and am waiting for a response. Since it's not published til July, there's time. I've messaged the site before; they get back in ~ 2 days.

They replied that the book would 'most likely' be available on their website, as well as on Amazon.
