Pretty easy calculation ... 374m divided by share price of 142 gives you about 2.6 million shares. There are 2.83 Billion shares, which means 2.6 million is less than 1% of total shares.
Easier than that. Walmart is worth well over a billion, no way they sell the majority of the company for less than half a bill.
At 3.8 billion share at $142, walmart is worth more than $400 Billion. The point being, if they had 51% before, they still have more than 50%, which was the question.
