What they want is a federal police force. This "defund" crap is just there to justify consolidation of power.

Constitutionally speaking, city police SHOULD be disbanded and re-allocated into county Sheriffs. Sheriffs are elected. Sheriffs are accountable. City police corruption exists because Police Chiefs are appointed by the system.

Police forces are the only things that are protecting the communist beachheads they call "autonomous" zones against the public forming militias, and ending the problem.
