I don't live in Syria and I like the guy. For decades he's managed to get Muslims, Jews, and Christians to live together peacefully until our CIA, John McCain, and Obama created ISIS and wrecked his country. If I lived in Syria I'd crawl over broken glass to vote for him, and some Syrians likely literally did.
No surprises there. The people of Syria love him.
I think Assad was one of the guys resisting the cabal before it was exposed.
